All-Round Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative, Business and all-round Assistant to join our dynamic team at FUWA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING(HK) CO. LTD.

This full-time role will provide crucial support to our company in various aspects, contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive support to managements and other team members on various.
2. Handling a variety of clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meeting. Maintaining and updating office records, files, and databases. Organize and summarize various documents.
3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents. Review and understand contracts. Handle daily emails and office maintenance tasks, among other responsiblities.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and courteous experience. Pick up and drop off clients, arrange itineraries and schedules for clients.
5. Performing a range of other assistant tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience of relevant work experience.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
4. Proficient in office software and computer systems, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF EDITOR and U9, OA.
5. Knowledge of local laws, policies and financial/acounting policies.
6. Skilled driving ablities.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
8. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
