Airfreight Operation Clerk / Supervisor

Responsibilities :
      

• Data Entry, filing, scanning & preparing full set of air freight documents
• Invoicing to customers in compliance with the company guideline and rule
• Check and monitor the cargo uplift status
• CS support
• E-mail correspondence with customers, carriers and overseas agents

Requirements :

• 1 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry
• More experience would be considered as a Supervisor position.
• HKCEE/HKDSE holder or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime / on holidays when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar in MS office and PC skills
• Willing to learn and eager for improvement
