職位描述

Support oversea office rate inquiry, provide the best logistics solution and prepare for the quotation within 12 working hours.
Set up good relationships with overseas office/carrier/clients.
Offer a good service to VIP account, and strictly follow up its SOP.
Be responsible for the development and management of trade lane resources.
Market study and evaluation with different service level and different gateway. Monthly report of Carriers/Vendors cost analysis/Spot Rate success ratio.
Timely update the air rate/Maintain superior trade lane of the company.
Ensuring all local charges are collected before the flight.
Monitor team member's performance to follow the SOP strictly.
Responsible for dealing with the customers' and vendor's initial complaints & questions within the scope of responsibilities and capabilities.
Good deal with any complaints/claims from oversea agent and clients and comes up with appropriate solutions. If not, report to the management as well.
