What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain core trading and treasury systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and stability.
• Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of distributed systems, solving complex technical challenges in high-concurrency, low-latency scenarios.
• Conduct in-depth analysis, optimization, and refactoring of existing legacy systems to improve performance and maintainability.
• Explore and implement AI technologies in development workflows and business scenarios, such as AI-assisted programming and AI Agent integration into automated processes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, front-end developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong C# Programming: Deep understanding of C# language features, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), functional programming, and mastery of common design patterns.

• .NET Core Cross-Platform Development: Proficient in .NET Core cross-platform development, deployment, and performance tuning.

• Solid Python Coding Skills: Proficient in Python syntax, common libraries, with project experience in data processing, automation scripting, or web development.

• AI Agent & Workflow Development Experience: Experience designing and developing AI capabilities (e.g., LLM Agents, machine learning models) integrated into automated workflows, data analysis, or business decision processes, or a strong interest and quick learning ability in this area.

• High-Concurrency/Low-Latency System Optimization: Hands-on experience optimizing high-concurrency, low-latency system performance.
