About the Business
We are a team of committed office administrative personnel striving to support China firm's operation in contributing to the overall achievement of its business objectives.
This is accomplished by:
Working together with various functions and departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of office policies and procedures
Providing a pleasant, functional and environmentally responsible working environment to our people to enable them to operate and serve our clients
Delivering a range of general administrative support services to facilitate operation efficiency and service excellence.
Work you'll do
- Responsible for full spectrum of administration services for office and support daily office administration operation
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance matters on premises, air-conditioning, fire services, cleaning, furniture, equipment, printer, machines, etc.
- Maintain database management for access control, CCTV and security system
- Liaise with building management and service vendors for facilities and equipment maintenance;
- Monitor inventory and replenishment of stationery, copy paper and other office supplies
- Propose and execute environmental sustainability initiatives in office environment
- Provide support for health and safety including fire drills and housekeeping
- Conduct the service evaluation, contract renewal and vendor sourcing process
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents, and compiling data and analysis for special projects as assigned
- Perform purchase procedure for general office operation, review invoices and follow up payment
- Assist with office renovation and relocation projects
- Handle administration work and ad-hoc projects as assigned

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Higher diploma or above
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in office administration field
- Experience with a sizable property management company or multi-national corporation would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
- Can work independently and as a good team player
- Good time management skill, able to prioritize works and multi-task effectively
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Chinese Word Processing
