About the Business

The Audit Confirmation Center (ACC) in Chongqing was developed to support Audit and Assurance engagement teams with the completion of Audit processes and engagement support administrative activity as part of the wider Audit Transformational Change Program.  As one of four ACCs which is designed to support teams across the engagement lifecycle of an audit process through performing standard audit tasks in work packages and providing a range of support services to reduce the levels of administrative work placed on practitioners, support more efficient and cost effective working practices, whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained and improved. The activity undertaken within the Centers will evolve as they become embedded into the audit life cycle and as Deloitte Way Workflows are launched and implemented. Chongqing ACC's current service scope includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and will support Asia-Pacific business in the future.

Work you'll do

  • Handle audit-related administration work and ad-hoc assignment
  • Pre-processing of information (financial data, accounting records and financial statements, etc.) necessary for each audit phase.
  • Preparing audit documentation in Deloitte audit software to support the audit teams.
  • Adopt changes and be a good team player. Interacting with your team and team leader to ensure accuracy and high standard of work within stated timelines.
  • Overtime required based on client needs and deadlines
  • Potential for onsite work required limited business travel based on client needs (Within Hong Kong)
  • Potential for task rotation within different process in Audit GDC based on delivery needs
  • Delivers high quality services by demonstrating a practical awareness of the impact of regulation and risk management on business processes and controls

We are looking for someone with

  • Diploma degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years' solid experience in office administration field
  • Experienced in working at CPA firms with good level of auditing knowledge (or equivalent) or rich accounting experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Reasonable Command of written English and Chinese. Good spoken English and Mandarin are an advantage.
  • Systematic approach to work and ability to prioritize workload under pressure;
  • Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results;
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and Word);
