Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Classroom Support:
- Ensuring all teaching equipment and materials are ready.
- Assist with the distribution and printing of educational materials.
Client Services & Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about courses and services.
- Assist in handling student registrations and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Office Administration:
- Manage data entry, filing, and record maintenance for student and operational data.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and consultations.
- Manage inventory of office and classroom supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or educational setting is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to classroom preparation.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: A professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Proactive & Responsible: A self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate reliability.
Technical Proficiency: Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English is essential.
