Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage visa applications for employees at our headquarters and Hong Kong office.
  2. Handle all aspects of corporate travel, including flight and hotel bookings, as well as expense reimbursements.
  3. Collaborate with headquarters on overseas administrative tasks, including the establishment of subsidiaries, workplace oversight, and dormitory management.
  4. Assist with company registration processes, including new license applications, annual audits, modifications, and closures.
  5. Oversee various daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles; proficiency in English is a must. A background in finance or legal affairs is advantageous.
  2. Preferred candidates will have substantial experience in key administrative functions, particularly in developing and implementing policies.
  3. Possess strong logical reasoning abilities, excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, integrity, and the capacity for teamwork, collaboration, and effective written communication.
