Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing full spectrum of general office administration and operation
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth business operation
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all department
- Perform general office administration duties, including office equipment repair and maintenance, stationery control and couriers handling etc.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability of necessary items
- Liaise with relevant vendors, contractors, and other service providers
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience with medical industries would be an advantage but not essential
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in office management
- Good time management, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Patient, responsible, independent, efficient, polite, and friendly
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good in MS Office
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
