JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Perform full spectrum of secretarial, administrative and HR support to the company
l Responsible for office resource management and office supplies
l Responsible for sales, inventory control and data reports
l Daily communication with sales team and internal departments such as warehouse, and to arrange order and local shipment
l Assist for accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
l Provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments for director
l Handling correspondence telephone calls, website and emails
REQUIREMENTS
l Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ experience in trading or manufacturing firm is an advantage.
l Mature, positive attitude and self-motivated; able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
l Proficient in ABSS software, good computer knowledge and MS Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
l Proficient in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
l Immediate availability is preferred
