Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support to the Property Management and HR & Admin Department
  • Handle and maintain records, reports, files, and document
  • Handle enquiries
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma and/or certificate or above in Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in office general administration or property management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
