Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all routine administrative works to maintain smooth operation of small-sized office.
- Prepare quotation, invoices, delivery notes, prepare cheques.
- arrange courier, bank-in cheque etc.
- Assist in sales support job such as document preparation, photos and record filing
- Coordination with suppliers, clients
Requirements:
- Form Six or above in any discipline
- 2 years of administrative experience is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in working in construction / building field will be adavntage
