RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front desk management & visitor reception
- Mail/courier coordination & office supplies procurement
- Document preparation (MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT)
- Assist merchandisers with sample coordination & dispatch
- Maintain product databases and update inventory records
- Prepare basic purchase orders and track delivery status
- Liaise with factories/suppliers for documentation support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma holder (Business/Retail/Admin background preferred)
- 1-2 years in admin/office roles
- Retail/merchandising exposure is a PLUS
- Basic understanding of purchase orders/shipping docs
- Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including Words, Excel and powerpoint.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
