Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's administrative management work. Manage and educate subordinate members to enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
- Responsible for office space leasing, renovation, relocation, and restoration tasks.
- Manage the office environment, provide meeting support and business reception, and handle vendor management.
- Prepare and control various administrative logistics budgets and manage costs.
- Manage the company's qualifications and licenses, and handle external affairs (business registration, labor association, etc.).
- Responsible for fixed asset management and inventory control.
- Maintain and schedule vehicle usage.
- Implement the company's safety management (fire safety, security, emergency plans).
崗位職責:
1、全面統籌公司的行政管理工作。管理和教育下屬成員,提升跨部門協作效率。
2、負責辦公場地的租賃、裝修、搬遷、復原等相應各類工作;
3、辦公環境管理,會議支持及商務接待工作,供應商管理等;
4、編制並管控行政後勤各類預算,控制成本;
5、管理公司資質證照,處理外聯事務(工商、勞協等);
6、負責固定資產管理,物資盤點與出入庫等;
7、車輛保養維護與使用調度;
8、落實公司安全管理(消防、安保、應急預案);
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field, with more than 5 years of administrative management experience and at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Proficient in administrative management knowledge, familiar with relevant policies and regulations in Hong Kong, and knowledgeable about public security management regulations.
- Strong cost control ability and cross-departmental coordination skills.
任職要求:
1、行政管理、文秘等專業本科及以上學歷,5年以上行政管理經驗,2年以上團隊管理經驗;
2、精通行政管理相關知識,熟悉香港地區相關政策、法規,了解治安管理條例;
3、具備成本管控能力及跨部門協調能力。
