Job Responsibilities:
1. Licensing & Compliance
• Handle annual license applications for company vehicles and business operations
• Maintain organized records of all licenses and renewal deadlines
• Liaise with government departments regarding license submissions
2. Administrative Support
• Process daily documentation (quotations, invoices, reimbursement forms)
• Maintain filing systems for fleet records (tolls, parking, licenses)
• Perform data entry and document follow-ups
3. Fleet Operations
• Schedule driver assignments and vehicle deployments
• Track fleet expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, license fees)
• Communicate schedules and resolve operational issues
4. Basic Financial Tasks
• Process petty cash and small reimbursements
• Compile monthly expense reports for accounting review
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Operation, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Chinese word-processing
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with strong interpersonal skills
- Mature approach and capability to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Meticulous with numbers and data accuracy
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills
Employment Terms:
- Salary: HK$18,000 - $20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Bank holidays, 10 days AL, Double Pay
- Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week
