Job Description:
- Handles office operations, Administrative and clerical support
- Answering phone calls, distributing mail, file documents, order office supplies
- Organize and documentation support. Such as data entry, scanning, filling and record keeping
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 3
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in clerical work
- Good interpersonal communication in written & spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word with English & Chinese typing, MS Excel
- Hard working, independent, detail-minded, self-motivating, strong sense of responsibility, passionate & a good team player
- Immediate availability is highly preferred

職位要求
• 香港中學文憑或以上,或香港資歷架構3級同等學歷
• 至少3年文書工作經驗
• 具備良好的中英文書面及口頭溝通能力。
• 熟練使用微軟Office辦公室軟體,包括Word(可中英文輸入)和Excel(可操作)。
• 勤奮、獨立、注重細節、積極主動、責任感強、熱情洋溢且具備良好的團隊合作精神。
