Job Description

The Job :

  • Perform clerical support including document checking, data input, filing and preparing report
  • Provide secretarial support to Sales Team and Project Team
  • Handling quotations, rental invoices and sales invoices
  • Handle tasks directed by supervisors

The Person :

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Minimum with 1 year working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
  • Good typing skill
  • Willing to work under pressure and a tight schedule
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, & well-organized
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Clerk
