Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handling HR admin. duties, including but not limited to attendance management, leave record and payroll.
- Provide general office administrative & clerical support to administration & HR department.
- Perform general Receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering calls and organizing room booking.
- Assist in relocation and renovation projects.
- Liaise with agencies and brokers for company insurances.
- Manage renewal of company certificates and licenses.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years or above solid experience in administration field, experience in HR admin. will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team player
- Detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
- Immediate available preferred
