Job Description

Key Job Duties 

    Responsible for all administrative tasks related to the office, HR, and other departments including leave approvals and input, updating attendance records etc.
    Support on logistics for rehearsals, concerts, workshops, and outreach events including visa applications
    Manage scheduling, bookings, and venue arrangements for the office and projects
    Maintain accurate records and databases (e.g., student registrations, donor lists etc.)
    Oversee the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
    Handle general office duties including maintaining filing order, ordering supplies, and answering inquiries
    Liaise with vendors for IT & other equipment maintenance
    In charge of the recruitment process, schedule, and management of volunteers and interns
    Maintain volunteer / intern records and communicate assignments
    Work with the Accounts department on petty cash flow management
    Assist in personal matters of the Artistic Director and any duties as requested by her

Requirements

    Diploma or above in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field
    3+ years of relevant experience preferred
    Responsible with strong organizational and multitasking skills
    Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
    Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
    Passion for music and education is highly desirable
    Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
    Fluent in Cantonese and English, Proficient in Mandarin preferred
    Immediate available is highly preferred
