Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain, organize, and order office supplies, office equipment, handling maintenance requests and office logistics as needed. 
  • Followup and process front line stores miscellaneous supply orders as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to Admin department. 
  • Occasional outdoor work such as document/package collection and delivery as needed.
  • Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and reconcilingdiscrepancies. Help maintain accurate records of inventory and assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE/Diploma or above.
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience in office administration.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detailed-minded, well organized.
  • Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
