About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office and assist various departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Manage office supplies and procurement.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.

• Support the HR, finance, and operations teams in administrative tasks.

• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation.

• Handle reception duties when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.

• 3-4 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.

• Responsible, proactive, and attentive to details.
