Job Description
- Provide administrative / operational support to group but not limited to filing, data entry, document management and pantry management.
- Handle outdoor errands, including visits to banks, post offices, government departments, and documents collection/delivery.
- Assist in license and insurance renewal
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Form 5 or above with 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Self-motivated and with good communication skills
- Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude
- Familiar with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Administration Officer
