Job Description

  • Provide administrative / operational support to group but not limited to filing, data entry, document management and pantry management.
  • Handle outdoor errands, including visits to banks, post offices, government departments, and documents collection/delivery.
  • Assist in license and insurance renewal
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • Form 5 or above with 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated and with good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude
  • Familiar with PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Administration Officer
