Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage office renovation projects
- Support in security and access control systems
- Facilities and fixed assets management
- Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc.
- Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Candidate with solid office renovation and/or financial experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Details-minded, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude is a must
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
