Administration Officer

Office Admin Support:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance. Maintaining an organized office environment.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, receptionist, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Support company event admin duties.

HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  • Recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by verifying attendance records and leave record.
  • Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
