Administration Executive

Job Description:

• Promptly report to Head of Marketing on issues and progress of projects
• Work on assigned marketing projects and report findings
• Develop ways to effectively promote the Company’s products using various means, including social media and web
• Help organize all promotional activities and prepare for seminars, etc
• Communicate effectively with schools’ teachers, parents, partners and suppliers, etc. and promptly convey important information to colleagues.
• Collect and arrange market information
• Coordinate sample distribution, including the liaison with other departments and the purchase of sample distribution materials
• Support team meetings, note-taking and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing is preferred, but not necessary
• Hardworking, responsible and have great communication skills
• Ability to synthesize and collect market data and draw conclusions from the data
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects and be able prioritize them and finish them on time
• Exposure to the local textbook industry is a plus
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Working knowledge of MS Office and social media Apps such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
