Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration duties, e.g. insurance, procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintenance project etc.
  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Administration Department, office operations, and company property management to ensure smooth execution of all tasks
  • Follow up on routine maintenance, repairs, and purchase or sale matters related to company vehicles
  • Assistant in managing the administrative tasks related to company properties
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Holder of HK driving license (1) or (2)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant office administration experience. Candidates with experience in property administration will be an advantageous.
  • Punctual, responsible and well organized
  • Self-motivated, good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of English & Cantonese

要求:

  • 文憑或以上
  • 持有有效的香港駕駛執照(第1或第2類)
  • 五年辦公室行政工作經驗,曾有管理公司物業行政工作經驗優先考慮
  • 有條理,守時,有禮,有責任感,良好人際關係
  • 基本MS Word & Excel 應用
  • 良好的英語及廣東話能力
