Job Description
- Provide administrative/Operational support to Sales Team
- Contact with vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and logistic arrangement
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties
- To perform some outdoor works (cheque bank-in and posting in need)
- Carry assignment works of the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or aboove
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills in Ms Work, Excel etc.
- Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Multi-tasking, detailed minded and good team spirit
- 5.5 working days per week
