職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner, such as project administration, system data entry
  • To handle document submission and correspondences internally
  • To support the team of any ad hoc matters
  • Provide a full spectrum of office administration duties. Example: procurement of office equipment and supplies, insurance renewal
  • Coordinate with Hong Kong office for supporting admin work
  • Collaborate with vendors/suppliers/online shops for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and general admin matters as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in fitting out or engineering or construction industry
  • Has experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company will be an advantage
  • Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in Fitting-out projects
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
