Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of sales and administrative support to sales department
  • Responsible for sales order processing and following up to ensure the accuracy, including delivery arrangement, invoice issue
  • Prepare sales reports and sales-related documents
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned from Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in clerical and administrative works
  • Experience in using SAP would be an advantage
  • Passionate, efficient, and flexible
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • 5.5 days per week
