Admin Executive
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, HR and clerical support, including daily operation, office supplies handling, name card printing, stationery ordering, facilities and equipment repair and maintenance
- General administrative support: maintain and monitor the attendance system, files
- Handle travel arrangement, calendar management and meeting coordination
- Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
- Greet visitors, ensuring they are well received and treated with courtesy
- Handle all phone calls, faxes, incoming/outgoing mailings and courier services
- Maintain pantry stock and assist with facilities management
- Coordinate and expedite internal events;
- To assist in ad hoc assignments and various events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in hr/admin
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Good working knowledge of MS office and Chinese typing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player is a must, friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well organised, self-motivated and with good manner
