Admin Executive

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, HR and clerical support, including daily operation, office supplies handling, name card printing, stationery ordering, facilities and equipment repair and maintenance
  • General administrative support: maintain and monitor the attendance system, files
  • Handle travel arrangement, calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
  • Greet visitors, ensuring they are well received and treated with courtesy
  • Handle all phone calls, faxes, incoming/outgoing mailings and courier services
  • Maintain pantry stock and assist with facilities management
  • Coordinate and expedite internal events;
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments and various events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in hr/admin
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Good working knowledge of MS office and Chinese typing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player is a must, friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, well organised, self-motivated and with good manner
