Job Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of daily office administrative affairs & operation, including greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement & maintenance of office supplies and stationeries, repairing and maintenance, etc.
Manage booking system and meeting rooms' availability
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Admin Department
Support in planning, organizing and coordinating staff activities.
Maintain documentation records and filing systems
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor & Director
Out for errands (e.g. bank deposit etc)
Assisting in ad hoc duties as required
Fast-learner, responsible & hardworking
Job Requirements:
F. 5 / DSE or above
⁠0 - 1 year relevant experience
Independent, Self-initiative, Detail minded and willing to learn
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Fresh graduates will be considered
Immediate available is highly preferred
