What You Will Do
- Provide office administrative support to Hong Kong office
- Perform outdoor deliveries
- Act as a backup for the reception area when necessary
- Guest welcoming, tea serving and pantry services
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails & documents
- Order, keep track of and refill office stationaries & pantry supplies while ensuring the inventory is well stocked
- Maintain a well-organized, clean and safe office environment
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What We Expect From You
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Over 3 years of work experience, ideally with 2 years of which focusing on handling administrative and/or receptionist duties
- Work experience gained from sizeable companies would have an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary
- Fluent in Cantonese and Basic in English
- Willing to learn, being responsible and proactive
- Able to work independently and as a team
- 5 day work week with occasional need to work during weekends when required
- You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
