Job Description
Responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance function to ensure effective deployment to match the Group’s evolving needs

Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, delivering timely and accurate management accounts and reporting package

Develop, manage, and present the annual budget and rolling forecasts. Lead detailed budget review meetings with department in-charge

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial results and in-depth financial analysis reflect business performance to the senior management
-
Manage the full audit cycle serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Ensure financial systems, policies, and practices fully comply with Accounting Standards, Hong Kong regulatory requirements, other Accreditation bodies
-
Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, strategic projects, and system implementation as directed by Senior Management

Assist in developing and executing compliance with internal control framework policies
Requirements
-
Degree holder or above in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification e.g. HKICPA/ACCA
-
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in external audit, ideally from a Big 4 or leading international audit firm

At least 10 years of overall financial experience, with a proven track record acting in the capacity of Financial Controller or similar managerial role

Previous experience within the healthcare, hospital or medical services sector is highly preferred
-
Experience with developing framework of policies and controls to meet requirements of Accreditation bodies is a significant advantage

Demonstrates proficiency in managing, mentoring and developing a large team

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Well-organized, result-oriented, with problem solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
-
Proactive, strategic and hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
