Accounts Clerk (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data processing, data input and filling
• Prepare ledger entries and accounting duties related to Accounts
• Prepare cheque and remittance payments
• Prepare vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank receipts and payment transactions
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly account schedules
• Communicate with our group staff in overseas with Skype and email
• Support ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCC Level II or above
• Fresh graduate with less than 1 year relevant experience will be considered
• PC knowledge of MS word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good Command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Diligent, detailed-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
• Mature, able to work independently with high integrity
• Immediately available preferred
