Job Description

Job duties:

  • Provide full range of office administrative and clerical supports such as data entry & filling
  • Prepare AP/AR vouchers, handle expense claims & cheque deposit
  • Participate in events is required (during weekend occasionally)
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma/ Degree Holder in any disciplines
  • Working experience in Accounting is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Able to work independently
