Accounting Officer / Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Monitor of accounts receivables and follow-up outstanding balances on timely manner;
• Responsible for procurement and related payment process and petty cash claims;
• Daily office administration activities including company assets control, equipment maintenance, office supply, maintain office tidiness, etc.;
• Hanlde full set of accounts and manage accounting system;
• Implementation of new accounting system;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma or above / related disciplines;
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in accounting; for applicants who have lesser experience will be considered for the Accounting Clerk position
• LCCI I or II or equivalent are highly preferred;
• Experience in software implementation would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of Chinese and English and speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
• Proficient in computer literacy, such as MS Word, Excel and strong numerical analysis;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Workdays

• Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
• One Saturday each month (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
