Accounts, Admin & HR Officer

Join Our Team at Ruff & Fetch Premium Pet Shops 🐾 + Fashion Retail

Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers, people, and pets? We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented team player to join our growing group, managing accounting and HR functions across Ruff & Fetch (our pet retail and lifestyle brand) and a fashion retail business under our group.

You’ll be exposed to a dynamic and collaborative environment where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wearing multiple hats.


What You’ll Be Doing

Accounting & Bookkeeping Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions across businesses

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks in Xero, ensuring timely processing

  • Assist in month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reports preparation

  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations

HR & Office Admin Support

  • Maintain staff records, handle onboarding/offboarding, MPF administration, and leave tracking

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and assist in screening CVs when needed

  • Support staff engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, insurance renewals, and general admin duties

  • Handle leasing, tenancy agreements, and facilities matters for both businesses

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide ad hoc support to management and finance team

  • Contribute to improving internal processes across departments


Who We’re Looking For

  • A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a people person with good vibes only

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, HR, Business Admin, or related field

  • At least 2 years’ experience in accounting / HR / office admin (experience in retail is a plus!)

  • Proficiency in Xero and Expert in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong command of English and Cantonese

  • Immediate availability highly preferred
