Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in completing year-end audits, prepare invoices & despatch, process A/P, issue cheques & despatch, prepare BRS & vouchers for accounting transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or relevant role and possess knowledge of basis bookkeeping procedures.
  • Hands on experience with MS Excel and accounting software, preferably Tally.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English for effective communication.
