Accountant

Duties:

• Manage financial and management accounting tasks;

• Handle full set of books, payroll and MPF processing, leave register for hundreds of staff, accounts receivable and cash management, PRC accounts consolidation, financial and taxation reports, rental and financial investment management, etc.

• Ensure period-end closing and various scheduled activities to be completed in a timely manner;

• Participate in project accounts, forecast, analysis and management accounts assignments;

• Perform company secretarial tasks;

• Perform business correspondence, internal control and any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor/Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;

• At least 4 years' work experience in commercial and/or audit fields; less experienced with the right calibre may be considered as Deputy Accountant; more experienced, competent individual may be qualified as Senior Accountant;

• Excellent command of written English; At least Grade 4 or C in English Language of HKDSE or (Syl B) HKCEE or equivalent is a distinctive advantage. Chinese data entry skill is a distinctive advantage;

• Familiar with Yonyou 用友, PRC accounting and taxation related regulations and practices is a plus;

• Good communication skills;

• Career minded, hard working and able to work independently.
