Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of book and all accounting records;
• Involve in month end closing and preparation of monthly management report and relevant schedules;
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments;
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare projection cash flow forecast;
• Monitor credit control and accounts receivables tasks;
• Engage in annual audits, tax compliance and company secretarial filings;
• Prepare annual budgets, financial statements , related account reports and schedule;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Who we are looking for

• Advance Diploma or above, major in accounting or finance related;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience; freight forwarding company preferred
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word is highly preferred;
• Proactive, responsible, trustworthy and strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good team work spirit and professional integrity, able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Immediate available is preferable.
