Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform daily Accounts Payable function in accordance with accounting principles and Group’s standards
• Handle intercompany statements of account and perform reconciliations
• Assist the Accounting Manager in bookkeeping, month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reporting schedules and conduct financial analysis 
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors during audits
• Provide support on other ad-hoc business assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree/High Diploma holder in Accounting or other related disciplines
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel 
• Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines. 
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin 
• Immediately available is highly preferable

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
