Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Aristo Watch is a luxury watch reseller located in Hong Kong. We are seeking an accountant/assistant accountant.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions AR & AP, including data entry, bank reconciliations.

·         Reimbursement of Petty Cash and review and verify staff claim.

·         Provide administrative support to daily operation.

·         Assist in preparing monthly-end / year-end financial reports.

·         Assist in external audits, tax filings, and prepare necessary supporting schedules.

·         Attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines.

·         Undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
 

Requirement

·         High Diploma in Accounting / HKICPA / ACCA / HKIAAT student member / or equivalent.

·         Fresh graduates will also be considered

·         2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry (Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Accountant)

·         Strong Excel skills

·         Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

·         Relevant working experience is an advantage.

·         Well-organized, independent, proactive with good interpersonal skills.

·         Immediately available will be an advantage

Benefits

·         Monday to Friday (10:00 am - 18:00 pm)

·         20 days annual leave + birthday leave

·         $25,000-$30,000 per month
