Account supervisor

Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints timely
• Communicate with internal / external parties to ensure smooth operation
• To prepare all necessary documents and report to support operation
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• 3 year work experience in logistics and manufacturer is preferred
• Experience in Health Supplement and / or Medical related industry is a plus
• Strong organizing and planning skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS office
• Immediate available is preferable
