We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to build and expand relationships with partners and customers while driving revenue growth. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, close deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners and customers through consultative selling and negotiation.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
Sales Execution & Deal Closure:
- Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with partners and customers to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities from campaigns and events.
Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration:
- Partner with technical consultants to design and propose best-fit IT/cybersecurity solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into compelling business proposals.
Customer Success & Retention:
- Liaise with service operations to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns promptly and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry (cybersecurity sales is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Skills & Competencies:
Hunter mindset – Passionate about prospecting and winning new business.
Strong solution-selling and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by growth and success.
Language & Culture Fit:
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken).
