About the Role
At Eastwise we provide innovative sourcing & procurement services through trusted global partnerships. Enhancing operational efficiency, we are a multicultural team of 40 people across Europe, Asia and North Africa: France, China & Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Tunisia and Singapore.
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team! As Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer’s satisfaction and revenue generation at Eastwise.
Position will be located in HCMC, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
. Account Management: Grow accounts by proposing new products and closing deals in the CRM. Coordinate sourcing and quality projects, and follow up on RFQs. Identify upselling opportunities and gather customer feedback for service improvement
. Business Development: Collaborate with marketing and cold calling teams to monitor campaigns. Attend prospect meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action plans. Track business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals and cost estimates.
. Market Analysis: Monitor customer preferences and industry shifts to adjust sourcing strategies. Gather intelligence on pricing and supplier networks to identify competitive advantages. Track market prices for key raw materials.
. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with purchasing to translate customer needs into sourcing requirements. Ensure alignment between sales, purchasing, and quality teams. Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers to resolve issues.

Profile
. Experience: 1 to 2 years in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the sourcing and procurement sector.
. Education: Degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
. Language: Fluent in English and French, both written and speaking, is mandatory.

. Communication and cooperation: capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
. Customer relationship: Strong ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
. Analytical and organizational Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and formulate recommendations, managing multiple projects simultaneously
. Proactivity and Adaptability: Initiative-driven, capable of working independently, and ability to adapt to rapid market changes and client needs.
