Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also be in charge of creating strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
• Manage and work with vendors for support and lead generation.
• Constantly warm/cold call with prospects for lead generation
• Constantly learn and adopt the new technology and product information.
• Manage customer issues and maintain a high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and maintain a good relationship with the vendors.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree

• Sales experience 1-3 year (must be in IT fields working inVendor or System Integrator related companies)

• Fluent writing and speaking in English and Cantonese
• Advantage to have knowledge in system infrastructure, Network and security, cloud IaaS, SaaS and PaaS
• Account Management, Sales, and Business Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Knowledge of the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience as an Account Manager is a plus
