Responsibilities:
- Build strong and long-term client relationships
- Serve as a primary negotiator on all digital business and review key sales proposals in advance to ensure client goals are achieved
- Discuss with clients the service offerings and advertising strategies
- Build a strategic plan and well-defined pricing mechanism for prospective client
- Conduct digital research and lead generation for target partner pitches
- Brainstorm with the team for digital campaigns/programs for promotional partners across different platforms including social media and website
- Develop and generate non-traditional revenue and new sales initiatives
- Set objectives and monitor the performance through weekly meetings
- Manage client expectations, communicate concerns to clients' attention, suggest potential solutions, and advise potential delivery delays
- Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track efficacy, analyze campaign performance against established benchmarks, summarize key insights and recommend actions to improve
- Manage customer service across all social channels, email, and phone
- Manage and own relationships with external vendors and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- BS/AB Marketing Management, BSBA Advertising Management or equivalent field
- Proven track record of successful closed deals
- Minimum of 4 years of proven account management experience in digital marketing / creative / advertising agency
- Understanding of industry trends, the latest social media marketing advancements, and relevant campaigns
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building skills and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders/business partners
- Experience in managing multiple projects with flawless execution
- Excellent negotiation and marketing skills
- Experienced in customer and market research
