Account Executive (5-Day Work)

Job Description : 

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain good relationships
• Assist in preparing sales agreement and collecting payment
• Understand clients' needs to propose additional solutions and services (Upselling)
• Provide assistance to the helpdesk team in resolving customer issues
• Work with marketing team to distribute media content and regular bulletin to specific customer groups
• Support trade events and collaborate with internal teams, update customer information and related data into system
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required 

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, account management, or sales
• Experience in Logistics, Aviation, or Information Technology is a plus
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, well-organized, independent, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is preferred
