Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle full set of books and accounts, daily functionalities of A/R, A/P and general ledgers
  • Perform accounting operations including bank reconciliation, preparing vouchers, cheques, bank receipts, payment transactions & etc;
  • Monitor bank book movement for management review;
  • Assist general administrative duties such as coordination of functional departments in office operation.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as required.


Requirements:

  • LCCI / Diploma or above;
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g. Peachtree)
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
