Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Providing administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the Postgraduate Programmes Team;
  • Performing efficient and accurate administrative and executive duties including but not limited to applications handling, course enrolment processing, tuition fee collection and record keeping;
  • Providing professional frontline student services including counter, emails and hotline service;
  • Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of the student administration system;
  • Providing support to supervisor(s) in coordination and liaison with internal and external parties;
  • Assisting supervisor(s) in the preparation of meetings, reports, publications, and student events;
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • A recognized degree with at least 1 year’s relevant post-qualification administrative and supervisory experience;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficient digital skills with the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing);
  • Capable of multi-tasking and attentive to details; and
  • Be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and motivation.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
